I'm personally not a fan of any specific handbag designer, whether he/she is a top designer or just a local one...as long as a bag looks nice and matches well with what I'm wearing it's all good for me. Although, I DO have to give credit to Louis Vuitton...I have read his bio, and it takes some hard work and dedication to get to where he is today! Congrats Mr. Vuitton! :) Voted up and awesome!

Since I am not a very good fashionista, I have one question: how do you know when a bag is an LV? I noticed some signature icons but others seemed to lack these. Thanks for educating us on the LV world!
There are authentic Louis Vuittons that don't feature the iconic logo. It would take literally an authenticity expert to determine these things because the knockoffs are so good these days. Thanks for commenting!

Nice hub.....in the last couple of months....my wife has been searching for the perfect bag.....at first it was a Coach bag....then a Louis Vuitton bag.....now she is trying to find another alternative....voted up and useful
